Policy For Pick-Ups Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- No Charge for Cancellations Made 2 Hours Before Pick-Up
Reservations that may cancelled a minimum of two hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any charges.
- 50% Charge for Cancellations Made 1-2 Hours Before Pick-Up
Cancellations that are made within one to two hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 50% of the total fare.
- 100% Charge for Cancellations Made Within 1 Hour of Pick-Up
The complete fare will be charged for cancellations within one hour of the pick-up time.
Policy For Pick-Ups Outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- No Charge for Cancellations Made 3 Hours Before Pick-Up
Reservations must be cancelled at least three hours in advance and will not incur any fees.
- 50% Charge for Cancellations Made 2-3 Hours Before Pick-Up
Cancellations that are made within two to three hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% charge.
- 100% Charge for Cancellations Made Within 2 Hours of Pick-Up
Cancellations that are made within two hours of the pick-up time will be charged the full fare.
Booking Ride without Payment
When you submit a booking, then you have to make full payment. If failed to transfer the reservation fare, then that booking will not be confirmed.
Our Right to Cancel Booking
Rydeus keeps the sole right to cancel any booking due to harsh weather conditions, car problems, accidents, driver situations, etc. In such cases, we will reimburse the money or reschedule the ride according to customers' needs.
